Description
Wash before and after each use. Made of platinum-cured silicone, ouranoscopes can be washed with soap and water, toy cleaners, alcohol-based cleaners, and a mild bleach (10%) solution. The platinum curing silicone is resistant to temperatures above boiling and can be run through high heat wash cycles or boiled on a stovetop (a soft cloth at the bottom of the boiling pot is recommended). Although ouranoscopes undergo several cleanings before packaging, it is best to wash well before your first use.
All water-based lubricants are compatible. Test the oil and silicone based lubricants on the bottom of your ouranoscope to ensure compatibility – some can cause stiffness or other issues with prolonged use and / or incomplete cleaning.
